Bull shite there are now plenty of tests available. They announced that on the news today. We get it you’re a liberal and no matter what he did you’d be against it.

There are reports from all over the country of people showing symptoms

This is also peak flu season with similar symptoms. The flu is much more prevalent so perhaps they are testing for that first.

Let’s assume there are a lot more, is it 60 million? I doubt it. WHO and CDC don’t think so either. S Korea is on the fall, China reported its fewest infected per day yesterday and Indonesia thinks the peak has past. Who is right, hard to say but it’s damn sure not the Spanish Flu.

Look I know this is a serious matter but if Trump came out tomorrow and said he was not running for re-election in 2020, this problem would go away quickly in the news

Do poor people really matter, though, when speaking about issues like this? Do poor Americans count as people anymore?

What?

What does this have to do with wealth? Are poor children less resistant to this virus than wealthy kids? No.

This virus is dangerous to two demographics and it has nothing to do with social status.

I don’t want to be in a socialist healthcare system. Sorry . Know plenty of Canadians who come to the US for heart conditions bc their healthcare system sucks . May be Wrong and we as a country, have our faults , but our military , healthcare , technology and standard of living are fine in my book . Just my .02

There are numerous countries in Latin America alone that are handling it better, with lower infection rates, lower mortality rates, and much faster government intervention and government funding of the necessary measures.

Based on what? Their own media reports?

The state of Alabama has zero confirmed cases of this virus. Should they be getting praise for how they are "handling" it?

How many Chinese nationals travelled to Latin American countries since the virus was made public? How many Chinese nationals go to school in Latin America?

You can't equate the United States to Costa Rica. Ever.

Doing so is juvenile and self-serving.

It’s also summer time there. It’s possible the spread of the virus is slowed down in increasing temperatures. Could explain how India, despite being even more densely populated and just as unhygienic compared to northern neighbor China, has barely any cases and no deaths.

It's the "dry" season here. The temperature is the same, or a tiny bit cooler, but it won't rain from Christmas to the beginning of May. Not sure if that matters - just throwing it out there. Respiratory tracts infections do plummet here in the dry season. I know because my wife's commission as a pharmaceutical sales rep is based on the sale of some of those drugs.

I know you weren't, Bear. I didn't mean you, and I hope you understood that I meant no offense, insult, or aggression toward you. I was only only talking shop on this issue.
