He was going to stay, and then decided to leave. People assumed fans were getting to him, but I actually think his teammates may have sent a message.

Lord knows Saban was never going to bench him. It's Unbelievable, and unexplainable how Saban will ride or die with a player that is struggling so bad.

Now Ferguson is leaving probably because he couldn't believe a guy that couldn't snap the ball was starting instead of him.

Saban is crazy with the seniority stuff.

Since he did not come back with the team, you may be correct.

Maybe we'll never know, but I'm really curious why he stopped dead snapping. The snapping issues significantly improved when he was dead snapping, but then he went back to a normal snap.

Great question.

He's obviously a good player or else he wouldn't be recruited to play at Bama. I just can't figure out why he kept making the same error over and over. There has to be a reason, that makes sense, that we just aren't aware of? You don't get to play on an elite college team *and start* if you aren't elite.

Unless I missed him in the video, doesn't look like it.

I may be misremembering, but I seem to recall Milroe actually looking pretty mad at him after one of those bad snaps that screwed up a drive. Never really seen Milroe mad, either, but he looked frustrated.

You could see it as soon as the final play happened that Seth walked away dejected. Didn't look towards his teammates or anything. Just started walking away immediately.

Photos of him after the game walking off the field and you could see it in his face. He clearly looked upset and well aware that he was going to feel the wrath of the fans.

I do recall seeing Saban give him and earfull after the one in the second half that killed a good drive for us. First time I recall Saban doing so all year.
