I think UA made some attempt at cracking down on that but I'm sure that still slips through if you got the right bartender.

They actually added dining dollars as option while I was there maybe 2002 or so and food went downhill from there at Phil’s. Forgot to mention Tut”s! That was a Sunday regular the year I lived on Reed St

Tut's been closed for about a decade now I think.
There was a place on Skyland Blvd that made subs in the style of Tut's. I think a former cook from Tuts opened that place but it is now called Wing Kitchen instead. It seems that it moved down AL-69 at some point but also closed down permanently.
