It wasn't Sunshine, it was their receivers. He threw up 50 50 balls and they went and got them.

I'd love to have teed it up with them again 2 weeks later. Line up in 2 tight ends and run it down their throats with a steady diet of 8 and 22 FORCE them to come up and then play action over the top.

Defensively, we just have to pressure, and sit Saivion Smith. They were looking for him all night. When we did get pressure on the QB, he clearly did not like it.

They definitely took advantage of what football is becoming.

These QBs and receivers spend so much time practicing full on air assaults at these camps and 7 on 7 type stuff. If your QB knows where to miss, it’s almost impossible to stop some of these passing attacks.

It also felt like Tua lost sight of what he should have been doing(on the field) and what the offense needed from him. Really looked like he was so dead set on every play being a TD that he ignored things that would have helped the offense move. Plus he was injured and just not himself.

I feel great about this upcoming season and that’s mostly because I think Tua will be nails this year.

I also believe we will be better in the secondary, every few years we have one like last season, and we still almost got away with it.

Clemson could not run until late, and we should have run more, to me that's about the size of it. They had a great plan to stop the RPO stuff over the middle, so we should have just pounded them, and leaned on 8.

Keep their offense on the bench, and beat on them.

I honestly thought we ran the ball great. I rewatched the game and the running was far from bad. It was actually good. Like you said pound the rock.

I think we are going back to that. More pro style some RPO.

After this past week, I want Clemson. I don't care where, I don't care when, I want Bama to kick their asses all over the field. I want personal fouls, I want helmets popping off. I want every other play to be reviewed to see if we targeted their guys

I think a certain fellow that drives around TTown in a Mercedes and the team he coaches does too.

We are gonna score at will this year and return a better defense. They still have a better staff of seasoned coordinators but our guys aren't chopped liver and a third year Tua with elite receivers will be too much this year. I am a pessimistic person if there ever was one but you are a shitty troll.

If Bama has their top 3 pass rushers and top DB for the Clemson game this year, Clemson won't score near as much.

I agree. Our offense was good. We just couldn't score. And, we had a litany of issues on the defense.

I can't recall Saban putting coaching on the backburner for recruiting but that appears to be what he did when we kept Lupoi and put him at DC and Locks at OC. And, if not for an offense that could move the ball but not score we would have had a shootout with Clemson. By the way, I hate shootouts so I'm not that upset with how we lost. Now we again have one of the best coaching staffs in the country to go along with arguably the deepest roster in college football.

Our offense moved the ball consistently. Can you blame Tua when he saw how our defense was looking? We had a Swiss cheese defense against Clemson.

This is the gospel truth.

Mississippi State gameplan. If we can't cover, send more than they can block and beat the hell out of Pretty Boy. You could tell when we did get heat on him it affected him.

Clemson has 39 more yards .. we couldn’t put the ball in the end zone.

Yes... it was 0-0 when he served up that pick 6, after our defense 3 and outed them to start the game
