Can sue for anything. May win, may not. But the bigger question will be why is he playing in a game that means little to nothing toward the playoffs and/or a national title and ruined his dream of playing in the NFL. The public outcry will put a lot of pressure on the SEC............There is a chance once the playoffs expand, the conference championships go by the way-side anyway.

Not gonna happen. After Saturday UT plays OM, Miss. St., Mizzou, and LSU If they don't lose at least 2 of those I will be shocked. Frankly I wouldn't be shocked if they lost all 4. Their offense is beyond suspect.

Vandy 0-3
Auburn 1-2

Texas has beaten:

Texas still has to play:

Florida 2-2
Ole Miss 2-1

Missouri 2-1
LSU 1-2

Also, Kentucky, Missouri, State, Ole Miss, and OU are sitting at 1 loss.

Alabama and Georgia having to play each other again in a meaningless slug fest right before the playoffs is the Big10's wet dream. We are just going to inure each other and exhaust our players when the could be getting ready for the playoffs.

Yeah but winning the SEC would probably give us a 1st round bye. So we would get the rest.

Is there anything stating the one or both team couldn’t forfeit. If both agree not to play what would could they do about it? Since the playoffs said they wouldn’t punish the participants they would both be assured playoff spots so no worries there. The game just isn’t needed anymore like it was in 1992.
