Maybe one of the coaches can teach the receivers to look for the 1st down maker when they come to the line of scrimmage

Who in their right mind brings a young QB in an incredibly loud and hostile environment and throw the ball e dry snap until the 3rd series of the game against the SEC’s leader in Sacks and pressures????
Where are all the quick misdirection throws to the flats off a boot/naked to a TE for an easy 8 yards on 1st down.
I watched football all day today and saw some version of that from every single offense.
When teams do take 5-Step drops on long and slow developing routes, it’s off of PA (setup by the run) and they actually leave a TE and/or a RB in to Max protect it….. instead Grubb gets in Empty and lets the top DT in the country go 1-on-1 with our back-up Center

Nothing about today’s offensive gameplan made any sense. None of it.
Screens, counters, speed sweep, stop routes, nothing to get the juices flowing, nothing. 0.

What was Grubb's gameplan playing away in an intimidating stadium with a young QB?
"I'm going to run my offense the way I always do. Next question."
He did it last year too. Ty wasn't young, but there was no run game support. What was done to at least try to help him though? Nothing. No effort to develop a non-traditional run game was undertaken. Grubb also never does what the UTk OC did when he spammed those WR screens we were giving them a minimum of 5 free yards on the entire game. He very rarely commits to the run. He can design some absolutely great shite that gets players open, and that seems to be the sum total of his ability as a playcaller. When it comes to reading the room, so to speak, he's fricking useless.

Our OL was humiliated today.

We're not getting our money's worth...that's for sure.
I just don't see why we didn't adjust to ANYTHING on either side of the ball...DBs kept giving massive cushions that allowed easy chunk plays...offense runs nothing but slow developing plays, WRs can't get open...ever...or the QB couldn't see anything.
I honestly don't know why UA is paying millions of dollars for this level of coaching ineptitude and lack of adjusting in game.

What was in his mind during the entire week of football prep?
Did they even prepare for rocky top or was he too busy thinking about almost beating UGA? His QB still couldn't adjust so rocky top ran the same bkitzes and gave the same looks after snap that Kirby gave and Keelon wilted immediately.
What the heck is he coaching?
He has never made a shocking gameplan to start us off with an edge. He can't coach up or settle our QB who is basically cooked for the rest of the season and even makes the situation worse giving him too much on his plate to handle.
At least before he could adjust but the stubborn dastardly just kept doing the same thing hoping Keelon would forget Kirby but Keelon is still stuck in Tuscaloos fight the bulldawgs
Just an absolute disgrace performance. shite preparation. No adjustments and basically giving up in the 4th.

I just can't comprehend the coaches meeting this week:
"Ok, our green QB got panicky last week at home against a really good defense. This week, we're playing against a SUPER aggressive defense on the road. The best strategy here is to have our green QB play hero ball from the get go even though he doesn't have his best playmaker at WR & the only Center he's ever played with. That small ball shite is beneath us. We're too smart for that."

The OL was getting none up. Why not roll the QB out and take some shots down the field?

Literally no excuse.
If he knew they would hound the line of scrimmage we should have been working 3-step back shoulder passes and implemented that in the game to help alleviate pressure from DBs pinching.
Just watching BYU run an offense which has Notre Dame guessing has me jealous. When we just watched this static slow developing sloppy any DC would look like 85' Chicago Bears against

They are taking it to the golden domers.

Keelon had short options and didn’t take them or took them at the wrong time.
At some point you need to be honest here. Knowles is a fantastic DC and always has been, but he will force a young guy into hell if he has the chance.
We're not talking enough about this frickin' guy. He's gotten filthy rich delivering a substandard product.
Some of us could see this shite from the start, but like alot of folks, after the State game, I allowed myself to get suckered by this less than advertised professional football player.
I saw zero Bryce Young in this game, and a fair amount of Jalen Milroe and the worst parts of Tua.
And the really troubling part of all this? He's the best quarterback on the roster.

Its over for this coaching staff. The defense missed so many tackles today. It looked like a completely different football team tonight. They looked like San Jose state in crimson.

Typical stupid comment from that guy.

lol yall must not know how intertwined Deboer and grubb are. Almost a package deal.
Unless someone like Fresno state or similar makes a run for grubb he ain’t going anywhere and Deboer for sure isn’t fricking firing him.
