I know that. I was talking about the trade. OP asked if I would trade a win Monday for a basketball natty.
In that scenario, basketball would be reaching new heights, whereas it would still be 6 out of the last 13 for football, with 3 more runner-ups, and the cupboard still absolutely loaded.
I wouldn’t trade the 7th in 13 seasons for a bball Final Four or runner-up, but for the natty? Absolutely yes.
We are already the greatest dynasty football has seen, with no obvious signs of slowing down. We are just adding icing to the cake Monday.
