Well Michael.. the truth is this is a very poorly organized attempt at having a "tournament".. They realized the error of their ways about a month ago, they tried to fix it, yet fixed nothing.

This could have all been solved by having winners of each round play each other on each side and then the two bracket winners play for the championship ( the way every 8 team tournament ever has been determined). Instead we are left with multiple combinations of ways that after two days you will have more than 2 teams with the best record. So in the event this happens, the championship game participants will be based on some strange reseeding structure on day 2 and point differential.

The irony is, a five year old could have explained the error of this tournaments ways to the organizers
