Gotta admit, that was a good game by the ref crew last night

It seemed like pretty much every call was correct last night. Can't remember the last time I'd seen a game called that well by an SEC crew. Although I had to kind of laugh at the LSU fans at the game screaming every single time they were called for a penalty when the replay clearly showed it was the right call.

Maybe I am jaded at this point....

- I don't think Justice Haynes was in for a TD, personally.
- They could have called a targeting against Hubbard.
- We had one false start that was ticky-tacky, AF

Yeah he was an inch or two short. That's what primed the pump for the corndogs throwing trash on the field. It was a bad call and they used it to justify being pissed at all the correct calls that went against them the rest of the way.

If the Honkey Badger play you are referring to is the one I'm thinking of, I agree. Shocked they didn't initiate a booth review on that. He was heads up and it wasn't a dangerous hit in any sense, but I always hold my breath on those kind of plays.

The first roughing the passer on us was BS. Overall, it was the best game I've seen that crew call.

They called a late roughing on us, but they never showed the replay.

Especially when it sounded like the announcer was expecting the 'hands to the face / facemask' on LSU's receiver turned DB.

They missed calls and got calls wrong just like always. We just benefited more this time

Justice Haynes was obviously short. That one was bad. Really bad. Otherwise, thought it was pretty good.

That was the first game I can remember in a long time where we actually benefited from the refs

I don’t think so, we just didn’t get shafted by them again.

They also got away with two egregious holds on two separate scoring drives, defensive holding and a few PIs.

Plus people forget they literally won in 2022 because officials missed a block in the back call on their go ahead TD.

After the frickery at Tennessee a few weeks ago (for the second time in Knoxville), I never want to hear anyone say Bama gets all the calls again.

I thought that Justice was probably short but they called it a td on the field and IMO there wasn't quite enough indisputable evidence to overturn. Besides, we would have had 2 chances from an inch or two out to get I'm the end zone, and most likely would have.

The roughing the passer should have been offsetting because their WR clearly grabbed our DBs face mask.

LSU was holding all night, they could've called holding against them several more times.

CFB Officials have 100% altered this years season. It's been an awfully called season.

You need to blow teams out to not worry about it.

The goal line camera wasn't actually looking straight down the line, so there's really no way to tell if the nose of the ball didn't break the plane of the front edge of the line.
