Dylan Moses says in Instagram post that 2020 “took a major toll on me mentally and physically,” and, “It’s been times I wanted to quit and times I wanted to walk away from my dreams.”

Moses said he fought through pain each game and wasn’t fully recovered from knee surgery.

But yall won't acknowledge that he was having hard time and wanted to hang him dry....

I believe Dylan. He's not moving like he's fully healed.

Really hope this thread stays respectful. Dylan is a good kid, and I think he’s giving his all for our university. That’s good enough for me.

This is odd timing. Is he just randomly venting? Opting out? What?

Did you read the post? He actually is telling everyone about how hard 2020 was for him, but he used it to move forward. Final message was don’t give up. I think he just wanted to share some of what he has been going through.

That sounds like what most thought - he's grinding through healing, doesn't trust himself and is still a step slow.

Hopefully he sticks around, is healed up and has a huge 2021.

Well that explains his poor play this year.

No easy there. The thread on Moses has been harsh and little disrespectful lately... and I pray the thread on here would be more understanding of what he is dealing with. Remember this.. players see thread like this all the time.

When I first looked at the tweet, Mike hadn't included the full post and Dylan's IG is private. Makes a lot more sense now after seeing the full post.

If he hasn’t been 100%, then are our backup LBers just terrible or what?

Was this ever presented? How are we not acknowledging something we knew nothing about?

God bless this kid!
People, including myself, have been pounding on this guy when he's doing all he can to do his job. Hell, if the coaches are ok with it, then we need to be!

It has been stated that Dylan is the best at getting our defense lined up including the secondary. So, he might be banged up and playing hurt, but he gets everyone in position. On top of all of that, Saban trusts him.
