Would prefer to see him without Venables first

That being said, right now he and that entire staff have it made at Clemson.

Nope. It won’t even be an option by then.

I'd take him.
Who else would you want?

I’m torn because I’m fairly certain he’s the best coach in football right now, but I also can’t stand him and his Aww Shucks, praise Jesus routine.

Don't really care. I just have two requests, no Dabo and no Pruitt. I don't want either guy to be the face of our program.

It’s kind of like Clemson is a top tier P5 program playing in G5 conference

Yeah but none of that matters when you can beat Bama, Ohio State, etc

No.

What does he look like without his assistants and Juniors leaving every year?

We don't know because we haven't seen it.

Venables and Dabo feels like Malzahn and Chizik.

No.

Plus, I don't think he leaves Clemson at this point.

Point is they get to waltz through 13 preseason games unscathed. It makes the post season easier when you only really have to show up for 2 games.

We have a better shot at Matt Rhule or J. Harbaugh.

the coaching staffs of Alabama, LSU, Auburn, OSU, Michigan, PSU, even OU etc etc all probably work at least 16 hours a day 7 days a week during the season

At Clemson, preparing through their regular season...its probably more like 10-12 hours per day.

That makes a difference at work and at home. Then they put in those longer hours for the CFP

Even in USC's last heyday the Pac 10 wasn't as easy as the current ACC. The ACC is hurting all of Power 5 football.

Clemson's staff gets a day off during each game week. This is why I keep telling folks Dabo isn't coming to Bama because of the quality of life he has in the ACC.
