Saban will use that as motivation for next year.

You can analyze a game and figure out why you got beat. It isn't making excuses. We were able to move the football well enough but you do have to credit them for a good plan and preparation, but that goes back to how much time they were able to put in on us. That's just a fact and we will have to take it into account the next time.

People brag on that QB but I am not so much sold on him as I am on their WR's. They pushed our CB's around and caught just about every 50-50 ball, some of them very difficult chances. Trevor Lawrence most plays on third down just threw it up and Justyn Ross went and got it. A lot of QB's could have done what Lawrence did, but not a lot of WR's could do what Ross did. We were stubborn and never adjusted, doubling Ross on third down.

Those aren't excuses, those are reasons. Play that game again, we could beat them. But not playing the way we did, for certain. Give them credit, and let's make sure next year they don't get to eat hamburgers with the President.

I missed this. What did Saban say that has Dabo upset?

We had to wade through a rivalry game with Auburn, then a war with UGA and Oklahoma to get to them. They cruise through the ACC with a cupcake championship win vs Pitt, then play a ND team that shouldn't have been there.

Oh, come on. We had a damn month off between Georgia and Oklahoma.

We weren't spending much of it on Clemson. Hell we weren't even certain who was going to be the QB.

All in all, CU was better prepared and played better.. There were some gut wrenching mistakes on both sides of the ball... the early Pick was a hammer to the thumb at 6am... but seemed to bandaid it for a minute... but the bombs for td's or just long gains on the 3rd and longs the d gave up....

end of the day, CNS was correct - the Bama factor was missing (maybe the CU factor had erased it?)... but Dabo needs to learn from Bryant and Bebes.... W or L, record both with humble attitude and grace.

Take care of business and we'll probably get that chance in about ~330 days

I agree with Dabo and don't have a problem with the comments. Clemson whipped Alabama's asses. And it could have been worse.
