We are in the golden age of Bama basketball. A poor second half sours what is otherwise a good win. Roll Tide!

Our tough schedule won us this game. They fell apart at the end and we got stronger.

Team sacked up and gutted that one out. They couldn't sustain what they were doing in the first half but they still scored 90 and essentially made every play they needed in the last 3ish minutes.

Doesn't hurt that Sherril turned into Mutombo

Not a bad team they played. Bama, in my opinion, was the obvious better team. The refs. sucked btw.

We were shorthanded and it showed. There were moments Nate would’ve subbed but couldn’t. Like TBB was getting picked on defensively. We’d normally have gone to Bristow or even Allen, but we’re down some guys so Allen had to play in their spot.

Anyhow we won. Whew.

Glad we won, but this is one of those wins that feels like a loss while I’m walking to the car. Just too many bad fundamental basketball issues that get you beat early in March. Thank God for Philon, and hopefully getting guys healthy will help

Clemson was 27th in Net and 24th in Sagarin. They’re not bad. We played without several important guys. This was a good win.

Gutsy win when nothing was going right offensively. Sherrell becoming a rim protector is huge and Jemison has played himself into some major minutes. Looks like Mo D out there.

This probably won’t surprise you, but I’m more mad at Oats than anything else. He’s had the same 2 weaknesses for 6 years straight and made absolutely zero progress on it. We pay him way too much money to be that bad at TO use.

Yeah, I agree with you but I have coached enough to know that a timeout doesn’t guarantee a stop or a score. With some coaches it is just part of their philosophy to play through runs. Sometimes hard to watch though.

Also, is the second weakness a lack of effective inbound underneath plays?
