Notre Dame isn’t putting QBs in the league either so this kid is just getting the biggest college bag he can because obviously the programs/coaches that regularly turn out high round nfl QBs didn’t pursue him.

It really does not matter what they say or think about deuce knight. Keelon is so much better it’s hardly fair to compare them as players. Keelon will never lose a game to Deuce frickin Knight lmao. Never.

I think some people give gobs of money to people to O'Steen kind of how some wealthy people in the middle ages thought they could give big money to the Catholic church and get a golden ticket to heaven ("indulgences").
Copeland and O'Steen are pulling the same stuff (implying that by giving to them, the givers are somehow on the express lane to heaven). The sad thing, they prey on the elderly who often really don't have the money to give.

Knight is an absolute project of a QB. He won't be ready to start in the SEC until at least year 3. Wonder who his coach will be by then.

Y'all are looking way too deep into my comparison between Freeze and televangelists.
The point is just that these kind of con men have taken various forms over the years, but they've always existed and will always exist. Freeze is a con man just like any of them, but his marks are stupid teenage boys instead of lonely old people, sick people looking for miracle cures, etc.

Going back to the recruiting angle of this story, everything that the barn does is a direct result of something that Alabama has done. We just had a big win with tons of high level recruits in town, etc. The barn always does something petty like this to steal our shine. It’s who they are.

Yeah you're right about that.
Terrible people prey on those looking for help or solutions to their issues and pain.
Freeze probably sleeps better at night becahse he tells himself his marks are just kids who want money and sex

Knight was the 1st QB DeBoer looked at, there was big interest from Knight. Deboer quickly moved on to better options.

Are we looking to take this Mbatchou kid? His rankings are pretty whatever at #459 nationally per On3. And his film didn’t really impress. He doesn’t appear to be all that explosive and doesn’t play very violently. Is he a camp all-star or something? Do we see high upside in him?

He was an absolute animal against Thompson early this year on TV. Just completely dominated them. Everybody in the country offered him after his first couple games.
