Wonder if this is actual Intel or if this is a result of what he knows about Meadows and Cunningham.

Watts has already said they don't think Travis will be in our class.

Yeah but BOL still not confident enough to say anything about Meadows or Lockett so I am not closing the door on him just yet cause I think he is not opposed to playing LB for the greatest college football program ever.

Maybe I missed something, but when did LSU seriously get in the picture for Meadows? Everyone was saying it was a Bama/ND battle until very recently. Tom Loy, who used to cover ND at 247, said it was a Bama/LSU battle earlier and is now saying it's a LSU/ND battle.

I honestly don't think anyone knows. Not saying he'll wind up at Bama, but it would be foolish to count out the Tide.

Incorrect. The general consensus is that ND has been slipping with him and Bama and LSU are considered the two to watch out for to get his commitment.

Not necessarily Bama, but felt like Bama would have gotten heavy consideration from Faulk if the staff pushed, but could just be my LB lust talking.

His dad is in love with the LSU WR coach. Says that since he played in the league, he knows how to get WRs to the league.

That... and said WR coach has connections to every major hospital in Baton Rouge.

Tim Watts says more commitments are on the way. Don’t know any details but good news nevertheless.

Wow that was very bold of him.

I wish they went back to post when there were actual nuggets instead of just yapping 80% of the time now. Sorry, didn't have my coffee this morning.

Watched him with Josh Newberg today and I believe he means Cunningham, Dear and Haywood.

247 updated some of their rankings this afternoon (just some existing 4 and 5 stars... they'll update others later). The only notable changes for Bama were:
Keelon Russell up to #10 overall (previously 39) and got his 5th star.
Dijon Lee up to #31 overall (previously 40) and got his 5th star.
Chuck Mcdonald up to #96 overall (up from 115).
Michael Carroll up to #112 overall (previously 249).
I expect Lotzeir Brooks to be bumped up to 4* if they have any sanity in them. And maybe a couple others in the next few days.

If you look at the Bama commits page he is a 4star along with Metz

Yeah that is composite not 247 updated rankings. If you check 247 rankings he is still at 3* and I don't believe they have updated that far yet.

Alabama's average increased to 94,19 on the Composite rankings. Bama continues to have the highest average in the nation:
