Lot of smoke it's Auburn.

I would rather Rees evaluate TE’s. He doesn’t look like the guys he had at ND.

Notre Dame offered and was recruiting Collins as a TE fwiw. They were in his top 4 IIRC.
Bama will probably offer Carter Nelson soon...

Rees was the primary recruiter for current ND commit Jack Larson a 4 star TE for 2024. Wonder if he goes after him.
Jack Larson
247 has him listed as the #3 TE in the country

We definitely need a soulless TE

I'm hoping he will - seems like a good fit tbh. I'm sure we can flip him too so it's a matter of if we wanna go after him

He goes to a Catholic HS so ND may be his preference regardless of coaching changes.

Just saw that Aeryn was Fong'd not too long ago and released his top 7. Cool to see these East Texas kids getting respected!

Releasing a top 7 with a picture of yourself wearing an Alabama beanie and wristband is kind of sus. Feels like a troll.

Except for sports it means nothing as Charlotte Catholic may be a private Catholic HS but for sports they recruit athletes from their county(1 million+) along with the 9 to 10 surrounding counties and SC while providing academic full scholarship . A controversy for as long as I can remember because they play in the state public leagues. Olympic sports more of an issue but football they do very well also. They only have 1200+ students and play 4A ball which in NC includes 12 plus schools over 3000+ students. Including several they play every year in Charlotte.
Swimming The women's swim team won fourteen consecutive state championships from 2002 to 2015. In 2006 during Catholic's first season the men's and women's swim teams both won state championships. Both teams won consecutive state swim championships from 2006 to 2008.
Lacrosse On May 15, 2010, the Charlotte Catholic Women's Lacrosse team became the first North Carolina Women's Lacrosse state champions in NCHSAA history. The Men's Lacrosse team won its first NCHSAA state championship in 2014.
Rugby Charlotte Catholic's Rugby team in 2010 had a perfect regular season and won all three of its matches at USA Rugby South High School Championships, advancing to the National championships. In 2011, Charlotte Catholic again competed in the National Championships finishing in 4th place.
Basketball During the 2015–2016 school year Charlotte Catholic won both the men's basketball and football 4A State Championships.
Catholic won three straight State Championships in football from 2017–2019 and 5 of the last 6.
In the last 30 years their soccer team has made to the state finals like 17 times winning well over half of them.
Since they joined the NCHSAA Charlotte Catholic has won 75 state titles in its history, with 63 of those coming since 2000.
So maybe I am wrong but because he goes to a private Catholic school does not make him a devout Catholic with dreams of playing football at ND because being a Catholic has no bearing on playing sports there.

LoL. That’s a lot of good info.
Hell, even if he is Catholic so is Saban.

You don't have to be Catholic to attend a Catholic School

Including Tre’Quon Fegans younger brother?

Yep.
Ryan Williams is ranked #19 so that's five in the Top 20.
