Don’t think he’s suited for guard and seems a tad slow for tackle in the SEC.

Any news on Riddick for the good guys? I noticed that he is apparently going to Auburn this weekend. I know we are putting a full court press on him, and there has been a lot of message board talk about him soon flipping to us.

Rodney Orr posts his “Firecracker Five” today that is his 5 bets on who will be in the class. It usually is about as spot on as it gets. I can’t login to my TI account, but it would be appreciated if someone could post the prospects he puts in there

From what I can gather from BOL and The Corner, Alabama’s reps have reached out to him and gotten no response. Auburn’s apparently got some form of a response, in that he will attend Auburn’s Big Cat Weekend right after he announces his flip from Georgia.
Basically everyone expects him to flip with Alabama being the perceived leader, but Auburn is apparently gaining steam.
He’s a quiet kid and seems to keep to himself for the most part.

Christian Clemente is a dang weirdo that spins everything positively for Auburn. At least Tim Watts and the BOL guys don’t pump sunshine every time a recruit visits. All of the Auburn “reporters “ do this. Whether it’s Clemente, Jeff Lee, Phillip Marshall or whoever.

They had a really talented cornerback last year who signed with Georgia. I’m guessing that a lot of the kids have parents who are stationed at Fort Benning and aren’t from this region originally.

Facts. I mean that area is pretty much Georgia. The question is why does Auburn keep missing them? Right down the road from them.

Patrick Nix is the head coach at Central, too. Not that he would ever steer players to certain schools but it is something to consider. Phenix City has never been friendly with to UA for the most part.

Aeryn Hampton is expected to commit to Texas this evening. Thought Alabama had that one. Interesting that many think he will play in the secondary there.
