Do you think the problem be that we’re taking two high profile QBs. Cause I personally don’t think getting Tyson is worth losing Lia.

It would make me sick to have to play against him.

I’m sure I shouldn’t be nervous but I am.. coach O at the highschool game and then him walking out to the 50yrd line with coach O. He was the VIP visitor for coach O. They did go to different schools growing up I really want Lia bad.. the kid is awesome This post was edited on 11/4 at 12:00 am

I want Lia, but he isn't going to be as good as Tua. At best, Lia will be a solid SEC QB

I'd hate to lose him, but honestly, he's already better than Burrow or Brennan. For us, he'd have to wait at least a year.

Not going to go all LSU fan here and threaten the kid if he flips. I wish him well wherever he decides to go.

Lia doesn't have to be as good as Tua to be a great college QB.

He can be Eli to Tua's Peyton and that's still a success.

He's got that same drive, might have some better wheels too...

From "the insider:

The "Boom" was Devonta Lee and Taulia :

quote:

Here’s the lowdown: I was told by a source that i trust completely who has never steered me wrong before that Devonte Lee was going to commit before the game and that Tua’s brother was gonna flip after the game. Lee apparently got cold feet and Tua’s brother basically told us to frick off after the game. You can believe me or not but i am telling y’all the God to honest truth. I know most of y’all will hate me after this. I’m sorry i got everyone’s hopes up. I was just excited about the news i was told and wanted to share. Today just didn’t go as planned, for anyone. The players, coaches, fans, and the recruits. I still love you baws with all of my heart and I’d love it if y’all could forgive me someday. Sorry everyone..

None of this makes any sense whatsoever. So bc tua brother kicks our arse like he has kicked everyone’s arse, lil bro says F off? There has to be more to it than this.

Yeah, it's called going for cheap shots on the guy's brother.

No QB in their right mind would want to play behind that OL of LSU.

My opinion: Lia and his family got a "FREE" ALL expenses paid trip and ticket to see their brother/son play and beat the corn dogs! That's it! Nothing more!

My thoughts as well. Didn’t Lia go to Tennessee he same weekend that we played them? Seems like they are just using the visits to watch Tua play.

Iirc, Taulia sat in the stands with his family at the TSIO game. He did sit with LSU recruits in Tigah Stadium (unofficial visit), but I doubt it's anything to be concerned about. I think Taulia's dad is simply keeping a couple of backup options open, in case something crazy (and highly unlikely) happens. They also did that with Tua -- said he might take a couple of other OVs that he ended up not taking. I expect the same with Taulia.
