FSU's regular uniform is great. They shouldn't deviate from it at all, imo.

Yea, I don't even like when they wear the garnet top together with garnet bottoms. Just stick with the traditional dammit

I personally liked FSU's uniform last night. I don't understand why people get so bent out of shape over uniforms.

I agree. FSU should always wear gold pants, Florida should always wear white pants, etc. Jerseys and pants should never match unless they're both white.

Notre Dame ruined the look of their classic navy over gold with white shoes. Smh.

I didn't know anyone was bent out of shape. Folks are just giving their opinions

Exactly, Tagg is going to use the, "we suck so bad that only you can help turn us around. You will start from day one" approach. My counter would be, look at poor ole Cam Akers

Nothing is more important to playing early to a lot kids. No different than when Saban first got here. He could sell playing time.

What SEC team have we not played in a while? Like the longest since we have? South Carolina in 2010?

Saban has a good replay for that. If you compete against top players every day you get better and no one sends players to the nfl like we do. Plus at some positions like running back, its just wears you body down the more hits you take. The nfl would rather have less mileage on your body. They can evaluate off of one year of starting. And what is better than saying I played for Alabama--the beast of college football.

I know for a fact Bama is the only one that hasn’t promised Dean a starting role. UGA and FSU both have.. Dean does want to start and see the field early. This is right from his coach. It won’t be the absolute final reason for him to choose, but it is playing a large role. The kid wants to play

Kirby is making a lot of promises.. to a lot of kids. This might bite him in the next year or so

I work with a guy whose son played football at Harrison with Justin Fields, and it's no big secret that Kirby made all kinds of promises to that kid as far as immediate playing time, special plays designed for him, installing a dual QB system, etc.

I don't think they were "ghetto" at all, but they we're ugly as hell. I guess I'm just a traditionalist. I really like their traditional jerseys
I agree with you. Hated those uniforms. They have unique uniforms with their traditional ones.

Got to tell the kid whatever he wants to hear to get him enrolled at your school.

I doubt it hurts him. Most not going to leave after one year of not playing at all other than QBs.

Coming in for the home opener. Anything special going on? Bringing my Dad who’s never been to Tuscaloosa.
