The rule on academic scholarship.
So yes with Parks being a 4.0 candidate he could possibly come to UA in the summer on academic scholarship and go to class workout on weights on his own and next January start with the football team. Or as mentioned spot open up for him prior to fall camp like has happened before.

can he really go on academic scholarship and still practice with the team, only have to count toward the 85 limit if he plays in a game? read something like that on the NSD thread, doesnt seem right. anybody know the rule?

No the moment he suits up even for practice he counts and will be an initial counter for that year.

I think it's hysterical that Kendall Sheffield signs with a program that is signing 2 five star corners. Okudah and Wade. If you want to play and are afraid of competition, go somewhere with no secondary depth.
