Just went on Cowan's twitter. All I could see was him telling Isaiah Wilson he was disappointed that Wilson wasn't going to Alabama. He then referred to UGA's class as #puppies17

Some saying he might wind up at OSU was one of the strangest things I'd heard all season. Just didn't make any sense at all based on where he's from and the CBs they already have committed. USCw always made more sense.

I've seen a pic of him in Washington State gear too.
