SAN ANTONIO - With just one day left of practice before the Army All-American Bowl on Saturday, both East and West teams went heavy on full offense versus defense scrimmages. Some of the players that have been strong all week continued their high level of play, and some others turned in their strongest performance of the week to land in Thursday’s Daily Dozen.

Najee Harris

Harris’ average play is often so good that extraordinary is considered the norm with him. Thursday he put his full skill set on display, punctuated by some especially shifty outside runs in the team scrimmage session. He’s found lanes in team inside run sessions where he has planted a foot and burst through for long touchdown runs more successfully and frequently than the other backs on the West side pick up basic chunk-yardage plays.

That airport doesn't have any commercial airline service. It's in a field behind the WalMart.

That's a pretty nice Walmart if you're ever in Birmingham Michigan.

I'm not gonna lie, our commits/targets in the Army game have seemingly underperformed this week if you follow the best performers articles.

First thought, "Damn, Brandon Ruiz looking pretty old."

Then I realized he wasn't in either picture

Fanbase best get to recognizing him now so the wrong person doesn't get death threats after a missed kick

Ruiz is a little guy. I'm guessing his dad is about the same. Maybe 5'7

Just you wait. That kid will be hitting 65 yarders on the reg during fall practice and come game time he won't be able to hit a 18 yarder.

It's our curse, you see. Our penance for being the best at everything else.

This is off topic, but isn't it great to be able to take a nice warm shower when it's freezing outside.

Death threats to the player are kind of old hat. Maybe that fringe should start sending them to the family as well? That will really get the message across.

"I am mad coz football, so your family should die."

I bet Ruiz would never miss a field goal again.

I am convinced that we didn't offer some cajun kicker at one time or another, and now he has put voodoo on our special teams.
