A pair of Alabama commitments -- Najee Harris and Dylan Moses -- made the 2016 American Family Insurance ALL-USA First Team offense and defense, respectively.

Harris rushed for 2,775 yards and 34 touchdowns on the season. Moses tallied 116 tackles, including eight tackles for losses playing in only nine games.

Three additional Crimson Tide commitments made the ALL-USA Second Team on offense -- tackle Alex Leatherwood, receiver Jerry Jeudy and kicker Brandon Ruiz.

All the commitments listed plan on enrolling early next month at Alabama, with the exception of Ruiz.

So who is your list of top underrated players in our class so far? Here's mine (leaving Byers in, even though he may not make it).

1.Chris Allen (think he's a national top 15-20 overall player... honestly have no earthly idea why he's rated so low... he check marks every box)

2.Byers (sure wish he could get in).

3.Kedrick James (This is more of what it's reported the coaches think about him... per Redfish and Rodney Orr, the staff thinks he'll be one of the top 5 players in the class in a few years... they just don't throw it much at his school).

4.Kyriq Mcdonald (probably will never be a star, but I wouldn't be surprised if he's one of the first freshmen on the field next year with his instincts, high football IQ, and special teams ability)

5.Shavers (See Kedrick James... most of the same things apply)

Hard to argue with your picks and hard to not like anyone in particular in this class, but just for giggles here is my five underrated:

1. Mac Jones. I love Tua and Jones is clearly our #2 in this class but Jones is a #1 QB. Believe he compares favorably to AJ (not quite as tall). Like his attitude and potential. Would not be surprised if we win a national title in a season he plays.

2. Daniel Wright. Our staff usually doesn't take the time to flip someone if they don't think they will be special.

3. Kendall Randolph. Great foundation and attitude. I see him as a multi-year starter.

4. Jedrick Wills. Not that lowly ranked (especially on Rivals) but think he will be dominate.

5. Dylan Moses. Ranked pretty high, but he will produce more smile-worthy threads over the next few years than any prospect ever.

As for Tagovailoa, he and Harris built a strong bond this summer at The Opening, Nike’s football camp for the best high school football players. Tagovailoa created a small Bible study group during the week and Harris was a part of it.

Niebuhr put Devon Hunter in his predicted Auburn class, along with Ryan Johnson and Markaviest Bryant.

I want Ryan Johnson in this class. At least Alabama has the last official.

Not sure you want Johnson in this class, means we missed on several players ahead of him, namely Labryan Ray.

Pruitt seems to like him. And I don't see Ray not signing with Alabama, regardless of what Johnson was to do.

If Ray signs, Johnson would not have a spot even if he wanted to.

Understand your opinion, I'm strictly going by what TI, 247, Scout and Rivals guys have said for quite some time........Johnson has been said to be a backup plan at DE, in case Ray goes elsewhere. Too many others at position of needs in front of him on the board.

Good player, mind you.......just no room. At least from what I know from these guys and two other sources that provide info.
