I think it will. Sark was recruiting him while he was at USCw.

Regarding Financial papers its all good if you end up signing the player but if you have unlimited contact with him and dont end up signing, you can be hit with a penalty. Happened to LSU when Womack spurned them and signed with us.

Mac Jones is delaying his enrollment per TideSports. Will take an official visit to Missouri as well as Alabama in the future.

A source close to Najee Harris told BOL his camp is "excited" about the Sarkisian hire.

I think the Sark hire will solidify Harris to Bama.
Also, I read somewhere that Mac Jones's high school didn't allow early graduation or something like that, so he couldn't EE anyway. He is solid to Bama, one of the Tide's best recruiters in this class.

Gotcha. I hadn't seen that about him not being able to be an EE. Just passing along what Andrew Bone posted.

Alabama’s hiring of Steve Sarkisian to be the team’s next offensive coordinator could not have been more approved by Crimson Tide quarterback commit Tua Tagovailoa.
Tagovailoa, a 4-star prospect from Saint Louis High School (Honolulu), has a long-standing relationship with Sarkisian from his days as the Southern California head coach. Before committing to Alabama, Tagovailoa considered Southern Cal to be his top team and once said it was his “dream school.”
He told SEC Country how excited he was to find out that Sarkisian was going to be the Tide’s next offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
“It’s awesome to hear that Coach Sark is Alabama’s new offensive coordinator,” Tagovailoa said. “For me, it wasn’t so much of a if he will become the offensive coordinator, but more so when he would. I’m happy for coach, and this is an opportunity for this program offensively to move in a different direction.”
The nation’s No. 1 dual-threat quarterback said he wasn’t notified prior to Nick Saban naming Sarkisian the offensive coordinator, but he did expect that it was going to happen after Lane Kiffin took the Florida Atlantic job.
“In the process, I could already indicate that they brought Sark in for a reason,” Tagovailoa said. “It wasn’t for him to be an evaluator for his whole career at Alabama.”
Tagovailoa’s father, Galu, recently told SEC Country how excited he would be if Sarkisian was going to be Alabama’s next offensive coordinator. Prior to committing to Alabama, it looked like it was a foregone conclusion that Tagovailoa was going to play for the Trojans. One of the main reasons for that was because of his son’s relationship with Sarkisian.
“Sarkisian was the only head coach — when he was at USC — that flew to Hawaii to watch Tua throw and on the spot said we want to offer you,” Galu Tagovailoa, Tua’s father, told SEC Country. “We went up to the camp they had at USC, and Sarkisian was just blown away by Tua. We’ve built a really good relationship with him.
“If Sarkisian was still at USC, I think we would have committed to USC. That’s how good of a relationship we have with him.”
The Army All-American will enroll at Alabama in January. He has already signed his financial aid agreement and has been cleared to start college early.
