Someone is about to hit the 10k club.
I need to plan an epic 10000 post.
Although with how oblivious I am on posting numbers, my 10,000th post will probably be about some 2* kicker visiting.

Don't brush that off, that's quality news as a Bama fan

True, although I just picture every recruited kicker committed to Alabama as being Cade Foster until proven otherwise.
Thanks, Bobby.

An article on kicker Tucker McCann lead me to the discovery Bobbeh actually has an assistant for STs, former NW State ST Coordinator Brendan Farrell.
Now my question is, if Bobbeh is Bobbeh, how bad is this guy to be his assistant? So when Saban tells Bobbeh to do something, does Bobbeh tell this guy to do it

Always seemingly rare and headline worthy, Alabama offered a scholarship to a kicker over the weekend.
McCann, ranked as the No. 1 kicker in America on Kohlskicking.com, isn’t planning on making any additional visits at this time.
“McCann has competed at multiple Kohl's events. During his High School season he hit a 60 yard FG in game. His FG range at camp was special compared to other top kickers. The ball jumps off his foot as fast as anyone in the 2016 class,” Kohl says of McCann on the site. “…McCann is currently our number one kicker based on the height and consistency of his FG ball strikes off the ground. He is an impressive young kicker.”

Bobby must be salivating over the chance to ruin another kicker

this seemed to work out well before
have not had great luck, although it seems pretty clear that griffiths struggles later in the year were injury related. getting the #1 punter on scholarship worked out pretty good though. 3 more years of the best punting in the country and winning the field position battle. If we can get lucky on a kicker in the same way it would be awesome

You guys really care if SBB leaves? Where is he even going to play? He isn't better than any of the incoming DBs or WRs imo. As long as it doesn't affect Ridley I could care less.

It's not happening and even if it did he would have to go JUCO

It was a joke that some people still aren't catching onto.
SBB isn't going to FSU, it was a joke.
Right there in black and white, or black and grey depending on which post slot I'm in.

Against my better judgment, I actually believed Travis Rudolph was going to commit to us because he grew up a fan of "the Roll Tide".

This board was DEAD Tuesday.
Keep your eyes on Robert Kraeling from Ga. OT/TE that's about 6'8" 255. Cristobal very high on him. Very good basketball player. Outstanding blocker with a nasty streak. His stock is already beginning to blow up a bit as the offers are starting to come in. But may end up a nationally elite guy by the end of the process. Bama with a pretty good shot here. Would be a LT at Bama.

Georgia 4-star defensive tackle Antwuan Jackson recaps Alabama visit, looks ahead to Auburn
One of the top defensive linemen in the country has family ties to South Carolina, but it hasn't slowed his interest in Alabama and Auburn, among others.
Antwuan Jackson, a four-star defensive tackle from Ellenwood, Ga., visited Alabama last weekend and will visit Auburn this coming weekend. Jackson's brother is Bryson Allen-Williams, a rising sophomore defensive end at South Carolina.
The 6-foot-2, 285-pound Jackson is rated as the No. 55 prospect in the country by the 247Sports composite rankings.
He got to visit with the Alabama coaches for the first time since he went with his brother on his official visit to Alabama.
"They are recruiting me hard," Jackson said. "We always talk about how they can use me in their defense. They see me as a 3-technique, just rushing the passer. They need more speed at the (defensive) tackle position and that's why they really offered me."
Jackson also visited with Alabama head coach Nick Saban last weekend. Alabama offered Jackson after his sophomore year, and he talks mostly with defensive coordinator Kirby Smart and defensive line coach Bo Davis.
"I could say it was very relaxing," Jackson said of his chat with Saban. "I had met him before. Other recruits were saying it was so intense meeting him, but I felt relaxed and we had good conversation."
Jackson has talked with the entire Auburn defensive staff, including new coordinator Will Muschamp.
"I just talked to them a couple of weeks ago," Jackson said. "They're fired up to see me on Saturday. They see me as a defensive tackle, defensive end, anywhere on the line, period."
Jackson said his top priority in choosing a school will be its education, and the rest will fall into place.
He listed Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, USC, Clemson, Ohio State and LSU as some of his top schools. What about South Carolina?
"They're always going to be an option," he said.
Jackson said he hasn't discussed with his parents where other spring visits will be, and he's not in a hurry to make a commitment.

Saraland 2016 wide receiver Velus Jones receives first SEC offer
velus.
Saraland 2016 wide receiver Velus Jones received his first SEC offer Tuesday morning from the University of Florida.
Spartans coach Jeff Kelly said Gators' offensive line coach Mike Summers extended the offer via text message.
"Velus was excited for sure," Kelly told AL.com. "He always has been a Florida fan. I know he was thrilled with the offer.
Kelly and Jones are expected to visit both Louisville and Kentucky this weekend. The Cardinals already have offered the 6-foot, 175-pound Jones. The Wildcats have not extended a firm offer yet, but Kelly thinks that could be coming this weekend.
Jones also have visited both Alabama and Auburn in recent weeks, but Kelly said both have pulled back a bit and are waiting to see Jones in the spring.
In addition to Louisville and Florida, Jones also has offers from Tulsa, Troy, Southern Mississippi, Louisiana Tech, South Alabama, Louisiana-Lafayette, Arkansas State, Georgia Southern and Alabama A&M.
He caught 51 passes for 1,118 yards and nine touchdowns for the Class 6A runners-up in 2014 and was a first-team All-State and All-Region selection.
