One of the UGA insiders thinks Harris is UGA bound and told their coaches this awhile back. This insider seems to be looked at by Georgia fans like bama fans look at Grady, but he posts a lot more. TIFWIW.
Which insider?

So it seems that his announcement tonight probably isn't a commitment
I think he is just announcing his final top schools.

saveddawg. I'm judging by the way the 247 posters responded that he is seen as credible by uga fans

No biggie. I think he is interchangeable with the kid from Tusc we just offered.

He's pretty credible but also a monster homer so I try to temper expectations of what he says. He's probably right about Harris telling our coaches that, but Alabama still coul have changed his mind.
Lowndes is the UGA oracle insider. I don't remember him posting anything about Harris.

Reeves released an interview with Jimbo on TS about Coker. Pretty good fluff piece. TS board is melting hard between Sims loyalists and Coker train.

The 2015 Alabama recruiting class was well represented in Baltimore. Crimson Tide commit Richie Petitbon earned praise for his powerful effort against an array of impressive defenders.
The versatile 6'4", 301-pound prospect from Gonzaga College High School landed offensive line MVP honors. Petitbon stands out as a fundamentally sound blocker on game tape and turned heads by carrying that technique into the Five-Star Challenge.
"He extended his arms effectively, anchored well and was hard to move," according to Rivals (subscription required).
Petitbon is capable of playing a variety of positions across the offensive front, making him a strong candidate to crack the lineup early in Tuscaloosa. He pledged to Alabama in April.
Rated No. 4 nationally among guards in 247Sports' composite rankings, Petitbon also holds offers from Ohio State, Tennessee, Wisconsin and LSU, among others.

Byron Cowart made another strong case to be considered the country's most complete defensive end. The 6'4", 250-pound disruptor did his best to back up a junior season that featured 72 tackles and 13 sacks.
Matched up against talented maulers in the trenches, Cowart consistently commanded respect.
"The offensive linemen here agreed with Byron Cowart's No. 1 overall [Rivals] ranking. He was mostly unblockable," analyst Radi Nabulsi tweeted.
Cowart earned defensive line MVP honors following the tenacious display.
His recruitment remains wide open, with a mix of potential landing spots. Oregon, Florida, Auburn and Alabama are among the contenders.

Perhaps the biggest event of the summer for recruits is The Opening. Held in Oregon at Nike World Headquarters, the event invites 162 elite recruits to come compete against each other.
It is also held in conjunction with the Elite 11 Quarterback Finals, so it's a star-studded affair. The Opening will be held July 5-10, and several 5-star prospects will be in attendance.
However, the hungriest people there will be the 4-star recruits who will be looking to earn a coveted fifth star. The following players could leave The Opening as 5-star studs with a big showing.

It seems Deionte Thompson has been fighting all spring to get a fifth star. The Texan will have his best shot at The Opening, where all eyes will be watching.
Thompson, who is a 4-star safety, is 6'2" and 181 pounds. He has good awareness and instincts in coverage, plus he will help support the run from the third level when he can. A couple of dazzling interceptions during the event would go a long way in helping his cause.
Thompson is committed to Alabama.

Calvin Ridley is a 4-star receiver from Florida with impressive athleticism. He can be a bit raw sometimes, evidenced by his route-running needing to be consistently sharper.
However, Ridley has a burst that is simply fantastic. The 6'2", 170-pounder can leave defenders at junctions, plus he can get creative with the ball in his hands after the catch.
Ridley, who is committed to Alabama, is definitely a player to watch at The Opening.

Sills is visiting this weekend. I wonder where he is on our chart (and if he has a committable offer).
