Christian Harris hasn't been that bad.
Shane Lee is another story. I hate it, but he just isn't athletic enough as is to play ILB.

I think Harris has the talent. Lee is just too big and slow.

Harris has a bright future. Lee isn't the answer. Who else could replace him ? It's amazing with Alabama's lineage of great linebackers that they were all we had available this year. That's unacceptable.

I don’t think saban would be up for changing the defense completely. I hope he is up for some small changes tho because we need them bad

We need to up the scholarship limit to 120 and have 35 linebackers on roster at all times

Kirby's defense is much more streamlined and far less complicated than Saban's.

I wouldn't matter if we had 100 linebackers on roster when our DC (who is also our ILB) still has his ILB looking confused and lost 12 games into the season.

Possibilities for 2020 DC that I've seen mentioned here and in other threads:
Retain Golding,
Muschamp,
Schumann,
Charlie Strong,
Quinn,
Barry Odom,
Matt Patricia.
That is an impressive list of candidates. Some of these are still employed at other universitys and may not be available. Several have worked under Saban in he past.
If USCe fires Muschamp, my choices would be him or Schumann.

Man pass coverage is too susceptible to getting burned by running QBs.
Also, Bama needs to change how they coach man coverage techniques.
