Wouldn’t surprise me one bit if it comes out tomorrow morning he is not eligible, even on a Saturday.

Wonder why this decision is so tough to make. Shouldn't be taking this long. The law is black and white. Even if he wants to ban Bediako, I really think the law says he has to play. NCAA did this to themselves with wishy washy decisions.

I really think he is just trying his best to justify NOT allowing Bediako to play, and cant find it. He really doesnt seem to like the UA athletic department.

This sucks. Ceiling just got a lot lower. None of this hypocritical shite makes sense and this is going to drive people away from college sports.

Bediako had a negative +/- in 4 of the 5 games he played in.

Need Bristow back and we will be OK. And Noah and TBB gotta step up

He was also just working his way back in to the college game/our system. His impact was palpable and he’s our only big man with any above the rim threat.

Bristow plays hard but is a 0 offensively. Like 4 on 5 offensively.

Im sorry, I do not understand the difference legally from what's Charles was doing vs Nnaji and the others. They've all signed similar contracts.

The difference is our local judge is a try hard and they all got judges that didn’t give a frick.

Judge is an absolute cornball for this.

and Bristow isnt going to play again. Nate said he is out for the year. We basically only have Sherrell and Williamson now.

He has to hate the athletic department

good grief we are going to get reamed by the media for playing him even more now.

I assume this can be appealed?

He's not playing again this season.

Oh well. Maybe make a S16 if things fall right.

Qualifying closed a week ago and the judge is unopposed. Would’ve been nice to send his arse home.

Sankey can get fricked

Thanks for a good final game Chuck. Sure would be nice if all the pros would start becoming ineligible again.

why the frick did the first judge give in to the recusal request? His coworker just made him look like a piece of shite too.

This was inevitable. I think Charles had a decent case but his attorney is not super impressive.
