Offensively, we couldn't shoot much better. That said, they just aren't covering us on the perimeter. On the other end, hard to understand them eating us up in the paint. Their tallest player is 6'9

A lot of this is due to BYU's defensive and offensive sets.
They're packing the lane on defense to limit drives/rebounds -- but that's meant we've had a ton of open 3 point looks.
On offense, they're doing a good job of pulling our bigs out and having their 6-9 and 6-6 guards rebounding over Sears etc. . . but those guys are also not out there making 3's,
That strategy to control the paint is working for rebounds but it's hurting them elsewhere.

Is every talking head pretending that we are just shooting 3s for the heck of it? They aren't covering th 3 point line. We are used to teams playing press coverage on the perimeter. We aren't shooting well with luck, the shots are wide open

My only complaint is giving up too many easy points around the basket. We are shooting great and making FTs. That needs to continue but the defense has to tighten up , we did a little of that close to the end of the half.

Surely they’re going to stop packing the paint second half though. There’s no way they’re going to let us shoot 60 3’s of mostly clean looks
