Deboer isn't the right guy. It happens. He was a hot name a few years ago. Win some, lose some.....Whats important is moving on, FAST. Deboer has shown he is not the right guy. No sense delaying when we can get the next coach lined up.

We are not gonna fire DeBoer this year, so he has a year to make massive changes and try to fix this.
BUT, if we did want to make a change and bring in somebody young, hungry, and tough, I would be intrigued by looking at Glenn Schuman. I wanted him to get a serious look 2 years ago.
