If you have any doubts about how much Bama is hated, the rant this weeekend proves it without a doubt. You've never seen so much celebration and vile spewed toward us. This is why we get everyone's best game. LSU and Tenn literally hang their whole season on their Bama wins this year that kept us out of the playoffs.

They should celebrate that as a rival

They literally picked the B1G over the SEC and people think that is okay and are celebrating it.

I don't ever want to hear any poster who has supported this EVER say the SEC is the hardest conference. You don't have the fricking right to.

Disagree. This team at no time
Looked dominant over any opponent all year. Talent was there attitude and coaching seem to be the missing ingredient IMO

Do you think if we played TCU, Michigan or OSU schedules that we would have "looked dominant"?

Do you think TCU or OSU would only have one loss if they played ours?

Even the media has shown their true colors in some of this. They get passionate about it. Alabama has to be the most emotional driving team in college football.

Both games came down the essentially a coin flip. Still find it hilarious you can say getting blown out in your own stadium doesn’t matter

You can’t blame them. As one poster mentioned, we never once looked dominant against decent competition.

The only I know, is that I have never known a team to lose and not drop even 1 spot. TCU lost and remained #3. OSU lost and dropped. Last year UGA was #1 and lost to Bama and dropped. It’s all political because they didn’t want a Michigan/OSU rematch in the semis. They ask the head of committee and he flat out lied they didn’t discuss that.

Bama loses by a FG to the #6 ranked team drops 3 spots, TCU loses to the #10 ranked team doesn't drop at all

Thats the part that irritates me the most

There is always going to be issues when things are decided behind closed doors based on opinions and hand-shakes. That's why all matters need to be settled on the field.

One loss is better than two!

Nothing shady happened, nothing political,. Point blank period

It’s time to quit crying and admit that we didn’t live up to the preseason hype

I don't think any rational bama fan thinks we deserve to get in. The only reason the conservation happened is because everyone else blundered to allow us to kind of have to be in it. The media was blowing a blood vessel ignoring that all these other teams could not get the job done either

Exactly! And the B1G was worse than the ACC this year even. The fact that two B1G teams got in is an absolute joke.

The PAC 12 was the second best conference, at least at the top. Then Big 12, then ACC. The B1G was awful, freaking 7-5 Purdue made it to the championship game. Penn State sucks.

If you don't have a problem with a team losing and not dropping a spot then idk what to say. Since the polls were started at the beginning of time if a team lost then they dropped. Not to mention Tcu almost lost multiple times and didn't look dominant in their games either.

Idk if you watch tcu play but they are weak. They will get destroyed in cfp.

I think they just used Bama/Saban for suspense and ratings knowing they were never gonna get in. They know Bama is a cash cow. But this was gonna be their year to get 2 Big 10 teams in and an underdog.

Speak for yourself because it seems very political to me. Especially when you can lose a game and not drop at all and preseason hype has nothing to do with how they rank these teams. If you as a Bama fan are disappointed that we didn't meet the standards then that's one thing, but don't make it seem like there is no merit in people taking issue with how these rankings panned out.
