Doesn’t look like Mother Nature is cooperating with the NCAA Women’s golf regionals either:

Men are +20 and in 12th place. I stopped following the program a year or two ago. Seawall has let this program slip, and he really doesn't have any excuse. There was inevitably going to be a dropoff after Mike McGraw left, but we were runner ups not too long ago facing a loaded Oklahoma State squad that had Victor Hovland.

We are 32 shots off the lead after 1.5 rounds. In a Regional. Sitting tied for last.

That's just sad.

Bama men’s golf are getting waxed today. We are 45 shots out of first place in our regional and dead last. Dang. Jay has work to do.

Alabama Men’s Golf Concludes Opening 36 Holes of Play at NCAA Stillwater Regional

The Alabama men's golf team concluded the opening two rounds of play at the 2021 NCAA Men's Golf Stillwater Regional on Monday, ending the day with a team total of 28-over par 604 (310-294). The 54-hole NCAA Regional, which is typically played by 18-hole rounds across three days, was forced move to 36 holes Monday due to the threat of inclement weather in the extended forecast.

Alabama began on the 10th hole of the par 72, 7,502-yard Karsten Creek Golf Course and could never get its momentum turned around after a 4-over par combined total of the first hole of the day.

The Crimson Tide and the remainder of the 13-team field is scheduled to conclude play Tuesday, however, play will begin at 10 a.m. CT due to inclement weather in the morning.
