Several people have asked about Bud Cauley. Found this update from April: LINK
Bud Cauley provided an update to his fans via social media, letting them know that he underwent surgery on Monday and hopes to receive relief that would allow him to return to action sooner rather than later.
Cauley has been out of action since a T14 at the Safeway Open last fall. There were no updates provided on his status until now, and even now we aren't sure what the surgery was for. Cauley stated, "In September I started getting pain from a previous injury that's kept me off the golf course for the past several months...I was able to identify where the pain was originating and come up with a plan to hopefully fix it." The Alabama product has been unlucky with injuries over the years, withdrawing from event with injuries relating to his wrist, hand, foot, and shoulder. On top of that, he had the 2018 car crash that resulted in injured legs and ribs. Season-long gamers can safely drop Cauley as the rehab for this surgery will likely push his return into next season.
