Tbf before 2019 Burrow was trash. He has a point.

Not sure I see the same thing panning out but it's a decent point.

I'm now told to keep an eye on Alabama and Auburn, as it relates to a potential landing spot for Notre Dame quarterback Tyler Buchner.

Nobody to blame but the staff for not having these kids prepared. Milroe has been here for three years. He should be ready.

Rees has been here for 4 months. The man to blame is in New England.

Grab him as a good back up option AND keep him away from our biggest rival? Two birds, one stone?

I will say this and people can downvote all they want. Nick Saban should've done everything to keep a proven quarterback coach in AJ Milwee.

I watched Texas Spring Game the starter and the backup are really good now. He will have Arch Manning ready to go too in a matter of time.

I look for a QB to transfer if this guy comes.

My opinion...agree or disagree

I’d like to think of this as some “competition” and good backup qb, but he’s exactly in that spot at Notre dame. He’s definitely done nothing to suggest he can win Alabama a championship.

He dropped down to 3rd on the ND depth chart after an abysmal Spring.

I think this visit is just a courtesy from Rees.

A visit set up immediately after entering the portal doesn’t scream courtesy visit to me, but I certainly hope you’re right.

This kid has to make it through Saban and that’s not easy. Let’s see what happens after he sits down with Rees and Saban.

It’s not a courtesy visit. At the same time, Saban said in the post spring press conference that everyone knows who the best player is and you’ll lose the team if you don’t play them. I would not worry about him coming and just starting due to favoritism.

He was recruited by Alabama the first time around. So there is some familiarity there outside of Rees. Of course that was the covid class of 2021. So not sure if there was ever in person contact.

Anyone see LSU homer Matt Mascona say all dynasty’s crumble after watching A-Day?

I mean, Ty Simpson outplayed Milroe with a dislocated thumb.

He should be the guy in my opinion.

Ty got screwed by the WR drop contagion the worst too. His numbers may have been numerically worse than Milroe (though most of it came on the last drive when he was just YOLOing to Benson) but he was playing a bit more consistent.

So none of Milroe’s receivers dropped balls?

Also before the game most of you said that the spring game means nothing.

Now you’re doing mental gymnastics for Ty

Yeah. They had 3 of them.

They dropped 9 of Simpson's passes.
