He’s thrown 35 innings this year despite missing over a month due to injury. If you didn’t know about him it’s because you’re ignorant about this team.

We just need Jeffrey Norris to pitch on Sunday now. Never forget that guy getting good lineups out with a 79-mph heater. That curve was nasty though.

You were probably running the neighborhood kids off your lawn when McNairy came in to pitch. Hell he’s logged nearly as many innings as Chase Lee and is top five on the team in appearances. Again, despite missing over a month.

No, it's like basketball. If you are the last team in the tournament you are generally a #11 or #12 seed. #13-16 seeds are almost all mid-majors who won their leagues.
Same in baseball. High major teams are never 4 seeds.

I didn’t follow closely but read that they rested their starting pitchers for NCAAs and pitched mid week guys. Then Tanner Allen pulled a muscle running to first base today.... if you’re going to mail it in, why not mail it in all around?
