Anyone hearing rumors of Tua possibly transferring after the spring?

Supposedly there are rumors swirling that Tua will transfer to UCLA after the spring if he doesn't win the job. The relationship with Mariotta is a factor in this.

Don't make me melt on a beautiful Friday afternoon brother. This shite has to he rumor but why not. Saban could ride with Hurts again next year and win 10-12 games again I guess.

I thought it was common knowledge. Hopefully it is an open fair competition and he wins the job. We shall see.

Only a few sunshine pumpers think he's going to sit around on the bench when he could be playing almost anywhere else. I'd be surprised if he didn't transfer if he doesn't win the job next year.

If he doesn't win the job for next year it's because he isn't better than Jalen, which I have a hard time believing that after Tua will have a year in the program under his belt.

It was honestly just some random guys. I haven't seen it on any boards so they have to be fresh rumors. They just make sense though

Signs with a school that just went to the national championship with a true freshman QB. Family follows you from Hawai'i to Alabama. Every other QB on the roster transfers out leaving you as the automatic #2 on your first day. Get more game time than just about every backup QB that isn't in a 2 QB system ever has. Then you decide to transfer to UCLA because you aren't named the starter within 14 months of signing with UA and part of the reasoning is because of your relationship with a QB in Nashville that is from Hawai'i that played college at Oregon. Yep, sounds legit.

I have no clue what the Tua will do but IF you're going to transfer then after your freshmen year is the time to get it done. If the school blocks your favorite new team then you go Juco and then go to your team. You still have 3 years to play.
The ball is in Nick's hand. JMO but Jalen is maxed out as a QB as far as passing the ball. Jalen is more Richard Todd than Joe Willie but he current offense is asking Jalen to be a pocket passer.
