We get behind in the first half, and Simpson has to show what he’s got in the 2nd half.

Don't know why anyone would predict we score less than 34, we beat them 34-0 last year. They are better this year than last year but I think so are we
40-24

I believe Mizzou had several players out with injury and most importantly their starting quarterback. It was a road game.
I don’t know why anyone would use that as comparison. If you watched the game you’d see that the final score is a factor of their offense dry fricking their defense and eventually breaking due to fatigue.

quote:everybody has injured players by the 7th week of the season. And their starter played almost half the game and took the same number of pass attempts as the backup.

Cook was 7/12 for 30 yards 0 tds 0 ints
Pyne was 6/12 42 yards 0 tds 3 ints
Their D has not improved more than our O, and D is at least as good as it was this time last year

Cook was playing when he should not have been because the backups were so bad. There is jack diddly squat to learn for projection on how this matchup will go.
When your QB isn’t a full go, it changes things. When your QB can’t run the offense, it changes things. Both of the teams are significantly different than last year.

To hear the talking heads and Missouri fans...we have no chance. Missouri is unbeatable.
Never mind they've played glorified JUCOs. mostly. We don't stand a chance.
Bama 31-24. We ain't UMASS. Cuevas 35 yards.
