Most of you won't give a shite, but if you were a Bama fan in the late 90s, you know we have a score to settle with those little frickers.

I was there the night Tim Rattay and Cangelosi went wild on our defense

... and we won the SEC that year.

Rattay was no joke. They had an All Pro at LT too.

I think I was there for both of them. What a time to be a young Tide fan. I can't remember which one was where the starting QB was injured on the last drive and the backup came in cold and threw the game winner

We lost several games before Saban when we knocked the starter out and the backup came in on 4th down a threw a long TD to beat us.

La Tech was one, at the boogs was another, even though their damn receiver pushed off bigtime.

I’ll get down voted but was that Willie Roaf at LT?

If it was up to me Bama would play nothing but cupcakes outside SEC play with a 9 game conference schedule. The goal is to make the playoff and at the end of the day they're gonna look at the W-L record more than anything. And if your'e in the SEC, you don't need to prove anything with a hard OOC game.

Yeah, I get this, I just hate that this is what it has become. Championship or bust every year, and everyone has to shore up their OOC schedule like Indiana to assure their best odds of securing a playoff bid.

1 hundo. And I mean go about it shamelessly, Notre Dame sure does.

Same. Outside of Alabama playing, NFL looks better and better to me as far as watchability goes. I can't stand to watch most CFB games anymore. Never thought I would ever say that.

That loss likely kept us out of the national championship game.

In retrospect they were a pretty talented team and had 5 starters that went on to the NFL, but what a brutal loss.

i doubt any d1 school has an easier ooc schedule than indiana. yet at no time will it be counted against them.
