Was reading on the free shoes board about Montel McBride. One of the guys there said that a Bama coach went into the high school and chewed our McBride for qualifying issues. They said you could hear it from down the hall. This info came from a parent at McBride's high school.

Ah so its on the LSU recruiting board, then yea I guess he did deserve his banning. He shouldn't have been on there antagonizing them. He does this enough on TDrecruiting so no need to go to their sanctuary.

Marcelys Jones is still committed to tOSU but he's also open (whatever that means). Final decision will either come at all star game or in February. Starting to sound like CJ Hampton though with less probability he'll flip.

CyKo and Steen are gone. Kellen Williams is also gone. Maybe someone looks to transfer, who knows, but I think the staff thinks next year's OL class will be weak and this one is so strong it is best to stock up on them now, RS some, and focus elsewhere next year.

Yes.it is worth noting that he was one of the few who were optimistic about Hootie earlier in the day, so for him to post that is huge.
Also, Shea on Geaux 247 said he needs to make a few more calls in the morning, and if they match what he has been hearing, he will be changing his crystal ball pick for Hootie to Bama.

Nope. Last I heard he signed his federal grant on a visit.
I really really hope he is. He would be an absolute beast as a DE in a 3-4.

Trying to talk about AJ McCarron really brings out the worst in LSU fans. They are never going to play the kid again. I wonder how much of it is ultimately related to Cam/Hootie and Bama derangement syndrome.
