I doubt it. Just proving he has no clue what he is talking about.

Everyday I think there is no way they can be any more pathetic, and then boom, they find a way.

How embarrassing for the 3 good LSU fans on this site.

Did the admins seriously give that guy access to post over here?

I'm all for separating what goes on on other boards from what goes on here, but that guy is one of the dumbest, most paranoid shite heads on the LSUrb, which is saying something.

I hope he bans himself after Saban is still on the sidelines at Alabama for the spring game.
If Hootie commits to Bama, Memphis said he will permaban himself. Wonder if redfield is as confident in his sources that he would do the same.

Found your problem. Imagination and prayerful desperation are not sources.

With this week being a bye for UA, the staff will be out on the road checking on prospects and top targets.

Tide OL coach Mario Cristobal is currently at Shades Valley High School checking in on 2015 5-star DT Daron Payne. Payne has held UA as his public leader for months and recently told 247Sports that Cristobal and UA are recruiting him the hardest. Cristobal is also scheduled to be by Minor HS to see 2015 CB Maurice Smitherman.

Defensive coordinator Kirby Smart is also on the road and saw 2015 5-star OLB/DE CeCe Jefferson today. If Smart sticks around in the area, I wouldn't be surprised to see him check in on commits Kalvaraz Bessent and Chris Williams.

For those who may have missed it, on Friday UA WR's coach Billy Napier was in Cincinnati to see UA WR commit Derek Kief and also extended an offer to 2015 5-star LB Justin Hilliard. UA RB's coach Burton Burns was in the Golden Triangle area of East Texas and saw Tide commit Deionte Thompson and attended the game of 5-star CB Tony Brown.

DJ Pettway blurb from the FSU 24/7 site:

quote:

** Regarding JUCO DE DJ Pettway. On Friday he was hosted by Tyler Hunter. I'm told they didn't do too much, just sat in on some meetings Friday night. Pettway wasn't there to party, he was strictly business and chose not to go out with the guys Saturday night.

Pettway did not commit on the visit. His time at Alabama is still weighing heavily on him and a source close to Pettway tells me he feels like he has unfinished business at Alabama. I've made a few calls and I as of now I do not feel Bama is an option for him, but that could change. Because of this, Pettway is in no rush to decide. I don't expect a decision for about another month or so. He would like for his mom and dad to make it over to FSU for a day and check things out. He's from Pensacola, so that shouldn't be an issue for them to get to campus.

I can't say that Pettway is definitely a take, that in itself is still a fluid situation, but I feel that if he were to try and commit to FSU, Jimbo would take him.

To get news regarding players we are recruiting?

Never thought I'd see the rumors of Saban to Texas over there.

You sound pretty confident in your posts over there. Are you willing to ban yourself/quit acting like an insider if it doesn't come true? Otherwise it just sounds like you are talking out of your arse.

im posting shite in there to add pages, prominetown always fricks with us about having the longest thread in RB history. im just posting what the UT paid sites and people in austin are saying...this has nothing to do with my imagination or wishful thinking. I dont care if saban goes there because LSU's not winning has nothing to do with Saban. We've got the talent, the resources, etc...but as yall know it comes down to coaching and we do not have one capable of being the best.

el oh el...well I guess that directly conflicts with what you said on page 68 of that thread:

I know, i know...this sounds like a typical rumor but i went to college there and have very good sources in the AD office

Are you trolling your own fanbase with this crap or just trying to play both sides?

No one is denying that they are TRYING. They would be stupid not to. That doesn't mean he is taking the job, nor does it implicate him (or Sexton for that matter) in any negotiating.

I'd love to win the Powerball and TRY every chance I get, that doesn't mean I'm gonna actually win it though.

Of course they are. That doesn't mean they'll be successful, as you've tried to imply they will be.

They've made advances toward Saban twice now. He's said thanks but no thanks both times and he'll likely say it again this time.

He's learned from leaving LSU. He doesn't want NFL anymore and he knows he built a power at LSU and could have done some special things there. He's not making that mistake again so he's staying at Bama to do special things here. And I know for a fact that he has told one key member of his staff that he wants to retire as the coach with the most NCs of all time and he thinks Bama is where he can do that.

To bring it back to recruiting, supposedly there are people telling Hootie that CNS will be at UTx next year and it's giving him pause. It could be completely untrue and still impact his decision since he has to make his decision before the rumor can be completely disproven.

Does anyone know if they changed the rules concerning coaches publicly discussing recruits before they sign? Seems several coaches most notably Bielema are pushing the boundaries.
