Wish we could somehow get in Ohio St.’s region. Michigan is really good defensively and that big guy would be a huge problem.

At this point, Michigan has to be included in the Baylor/Gonzaga conversation. They're fantastic.

I wouldn't be surprised if Michigan is ahead of Baylor for some people.

I like Michigan's offense better than Baylor's and the defenses are about equal. I'd take Michigan on a neutral court. Gonzaga would beat both of them though IMO.

Don't all these bracketologists understand Alabama sucks and their resume isn't real and they should be a #7 seed?

Somebody needs to link them to this thread so that they can properly understand that Alabama sucks and all of our players are mentally weak and stupid. 7 seed is generous for this bunch.

Thoughts on SEC basketball's makeup game schedule

quote:

Alabama's favorable matchup....maybe? Alabama gets another matchup with Georgia, a team that it beat 115-82 a few weeks ago.

The difference in the rematch? It's in Athens. The Crimson Tide is 1-3 in its last four road games, with the one win a three-point victory against a 5-12 South Carolina team.

Meanwhile, the Bulldogs have won four straight home, including wins against two NCAA Tournament teams in Missouri and LSU. Again, most figure the Tide will clinch the SEC crown before the matchup on March 6, but if not, this will likely prove to be a much more competitive contest than the first time around.

Also, the Bulldogs sit at No. 83 in the NET, so losing that one wouldn't be ideal for an Alabama team pushing for a No. 2 seed.

Breaking: In a shift from years past, the NBA will require NCAA seniors to petition the league to become NBA draft-eligible. This is the opposite stance the NFL is taking on the NCAA granting players an extra year of eligibility.

So if Petty,Bruner, Herb get told no by the NBA they are coming back?

I don't think this is about the NBA telling anyone no. It's more for seniors to make their intentions known (kind of like underclassmen) because they now have another year of eligibility due to NCAA Covid rule. NBA won't tell any senior no.
