The conference had a good showing as a whole today. Got a 5-4 win with great games from UF and UT. Bama, LSU, and Arkansas all lost close games with a chance at the end. Auburn played well, but Baylor is a monster and they showed it.
If Bama and LSU pull it out, it’s a 7-2 blowout. A little disappointed in our play today, but I feel better about the conference as a whole after today.
We need to get healthy and finish conference play strong. With our schedule letting up a little, hopefully we can rest a few guys and get into tournament shape.

We showed that we can compete with the best teams in the big 12 outside of maybe Baylor. Big for us since the SEC was thought to be down this year.

Absolutely. And as much as I hate to give Auburn credit, I’m not sure there’s a handful of teams in the country that can compete with Baylor.

We've got Alex Tchikou redshirting because he ruptured his Achilles before the season, he is 6'11, was a highly rated recruit last year, 60th on 247 I think.
Most think we lead for Charles Bediako, he is 6'11 and is the 26th ranked recruit in this class, he is committing soon.
We return Keon Ambrose Hilton and James Rojas who are 6'8 unless one of them transfers, and most of our guards and forwards are 6'6 or over.

I don't get the Homefield thing. Their Alabama stuff is boring as shite and looks like half the fake vintage stuff that already exists on other sites.
After looking at a lot of their other stuff I was excited for their Alabama stuff but it really dissapointed me. I dunno, probably just me.
There were so many good options out there for using Alabama script and old logos and sayings and all sorts of stuff like they had with other schools, and and they made an old logo sweatshirt (which is available 100 places) and a bunch of random logos that everyone on Etsy uses.

It’s alright to me. I was hoping they would have a lot more options than just one basketball shirt. I like the retro logo shirts from alumni hall a lot better.

I'm still mad Shackleford can't make simple layups.

One more thing. Petty.
I love him man but if he really wants to make it to the next level he is going to need to be automatic not this inconsistent shooter.
He should be leading the team in scoring easily. Averaging 4 to 5 three pointer a game as a sharp shooter. Instead he can score 7 in a game a turn around and score 7 in the next 4.
