Chad, Bamafan started the last few and we sucked. You started this one and we are Good.

I say you are the permanent Season Megathread starter

The first 100 pages had probably 10 of us posting daily. Now we have mods starting individual game threads. By next year people are going to be climbing on top of each other to start the basketball season thread.

Sure, winning brings more folks in.. but it’s probably a bigger credit to you and that core group for making it a great thread to begin with.

What happened to Primo up until almost the very end? I know he had 4 fouls, but Quinnerly was not having a very good night.

It might be because Quin is a better distributor running point. Primo is solid and will run it, but in a tight game, even with an off night, I think Oats must trust him more to find the open man.

I'm in favor of a thread per game.

And even after his rough night, he did that on the Petty 3. Calmly passed back and forth and drove to get their guard to leave Petty and gave it to him in a perfect spot.

Was a veteran move for sure. He was calm as could be.

JQ offensive rating in this game was 80. By far the worst for either team tonight.

Deserve is probably too strong of a word since all Alabama football does is win championships, but for those of us who care as much if not more about the basketball program, we absolutely deserve a sustained run of success

I will confess that I don't see things as well anymore, and that I haven't kept up with skill sets like some of you have. It just seemed like Quinnerly was particularly sloppy with the ball. I figured Primo had to be better.

Deserve isn't too strong of a word. They fricking owe this to us. Anyone who suffered through Gottfried's implosion, watching us struggle to score 60 every night for years under Grant, and Avery fleecing us out of millions so his talentless son could play serious minutes on a P-6 program absofrickinglutely deserves to watch us be good on an annual basis for a while.

Primo throws a lot of pick sixes when he is at PG, he hasn't quite learned what kind of passes you can and can't make in college yet.

I’ve been told by people that follow me on twitter I’m a jinx as well but recently my jinx was finally broken when I picked us to win at Auburn and we did
