I hate to do this for Bama Basketball but looking at the rest of our schedule @Mizzou and @Arkansas are the only 2 games I see giving us trouble

My wife still claims the closest times she came to breaking up with me were the 20 odd basketball games we went to together at the tail end of the Gottfried era

Unpopular topic but since others have brought it up , IF. Oats leaves us at some point , we got to give Hodgson a shot don’t we?? He knows this system as good as anybody

Gentlemen, I have a confession to make: I watched the last 5 minutes or so of the game. First Bama vs SEC I’ve watched all year. I hope I didn’t transgress and break the streak.

I'm gonna avoid my gut Alabama basketball vibes and try to honestly evaluate the games left.
Games we have a decent chance of losing
- @ Oklahoma
- LSU
- @ Missouri
- @ South Carolina
- @ Arkansas
- @ State
- Auburn
If we went 2-4 in those SEC games we'd finish 14-4. LSU and Tennessee already have 2 losses and we hold the tiebreaker.
I mean......it will take the greatest THIS IS ALABAMA BASKETBALL ever to screw this up.
I'M PREPARED

KenPom currently has us as a favorite in every remaining game and in the aggregate finishing 16-2 in conference.

It's Alabama basketball. fricking Vandy might beat us. I view our current win streak in terms of providing extra cushion for the incoming WTF losses to a couple of State, UGA, and Vandy.

I agree. I am all in and as someone said earlier I don’t mind taking a chance and throwing that big contract after a big year deal at Oats. I believe he is the real deal and make the big boys pony up to get him

You only have to shoot 33% from 3 to equal 50% from 2. Why shoot a 2 that isn't a layup?
