It’s weird but if UCLA was a 7 or 8 seed I’d be feeling better right now. That 11 next to their name is really making me salty....even though I know they are much better team than that.
My goal was for us to just to get to the second weekend. We did that. It was a very successful season. Still though....would’ve hoped we could’ve gone down swinging instead of putting up a performance like that.

My only frustration is that we lost playing a sub-par game with a historically bad performance at the line. And we went to OT.

Yeah we beat iona and Maryland. Would've been nice to get one blue blood on the trail to a possible elite 8 or final 4

I’m pretty confident we will be back in the Sweet16 again next year but man you never know with the NCAA tournament. This one is gonna depress me for about a week. Still VERY proud of this team

What I don’t understand is the offensive strategy. We probably shot fewer 3’s than we have all year. Granted, they weren’t falling but that never stopped them from raining down before tonight. Shack only tried 2, Primo 4. Q and Petty tried 7 each but some of those were at desperation time. We can’t run our offense that we ran all year like that. We either took it in the paint or turned it over all night. I don’t get it.

I can’t remember a team getting an emotional boost like that going into OT and just absolutely shitting themselves.

I think as long as Oats is there, we'll be perennial Sweet 16.

What do you mean? It's almost always called a kicked ball. Basically any time the ball goes off the defender's leg it is called a kicked ball. I don't know what basketball you're watching. Even still, they cut away for 5 minutes to review whether it grazed his shorts or not? Looked to me like his shorts were already moving and the ball didn't even touch or make it change directions.
Bad calls, UCLA making circus shots, missed FTs. I think Oats is a great coach but I really hope he consistently have a good team. There is no reason Alabama should not be making the tournament every year. How often do you get an opportunity to have a team like this with championship aspirations?

I'm a terrible singer but I was forcefed Murmur on repeat in the car from age 1 day to roughly age 15, so I can take it with the best of them.

Take away that 4 game stretch at the end of the season and UCLA is 21-5.
