I can't understand coaches like this. Why spend 6 days looking at UConn tape, then only give yourself 48 hours or so to study the next opponent. I take it that it must not really take a lot to prepare for different teams.

I think it's coachspeak. Any good coach at this level is watching film on possible upcoming opponents. He may not have broken it down, but he's watched some film.

We are gonna be a super hard team to prepare for in a matter of 48 hours, especially if he hasn't watched us at all.

Turgeon isn't a very good coach, in 20 years of coaching he has gotten past the round of 32 twice. It wouldn't surprise me if it's true.
I am sure they have had an assistant or someone breaking down what we run even if Turgeon hasn't watched any of it yet.

Primo would help but if we’re gonna make a deep run, we need to find the ball where the monstars are keeping Petty’s talent.
