Sears going to the hole late in the shot clock isn't our best option. Hes not an elite athlete. This team doesnt need to let the ball stick. Move it and give Sears or Wrightsell a good look from three.

Favorable draw, and you don't judge someone on just those games

Of course. You judge them on an arbitrary collection of “real opponents” spread out over 2 seasons

However he is now an excellent shooter when given space, but against good competition he will struggle to get his own.

Haha what a take. Sears scored 35 point’s against this team last year.

He was just lucky . I guess.

Nobody is saying it but Reid looks completely lost

I’ve been saying that since the first scrimmage. It’s on offense, his defense is decent. Hoping he can develop, but he might need to be a 2-3 yr guy in college

Stevenson and Reid should not play together at this point. We lost this game as soon as we took the ball out of Philon’s hands. He pushed the tempo and as soon as we put it in Sears hands we went back to the lethargic offense. We have to push the pace. Purdue is not a better team than us but tonight they were coached better.

Trelly & Philon should get 15 shot attempts each per game minimum.

But his 3s one of the key reasons we beat Clemson. He’s got to keep shooting until he gets right.

He only did well in 1 of his 37 games.

Why did Oats not go back to Sherrell when It was obvious Nelson couldn’t handle #4. You gotta give Sherrell another chance there.

This stretch of games is absolutely brutal if we can find 2 wins out of the next 5

Every time we discuss Sears you guys always talk about points scored as it's the end all.

Guy is a great spot shooter, been good at drawing the foul.

His defense is bad and he probably is no longer our best option driving the basket

We had the #1 ppg last year with him as the lead ball handler

Sears will find it hard to repeat his stats from last year. That was one of the best years anybody has had at Alabama.
It’s a little strange he has missed crucial open 3s so far this year .
I am sure he’ll get that straightened out.
Purdue played great tonight. We needed our 3s to win this game. We shoot better we win.
