Will miss Philon. Great player. Really enjoyed watching him play. Glad he’s going to paid.

Probably. Oats needs to actually give a frick about rebounding and defense.
But still frick Holloway.

Dude, just be happy they had a great year. This team fought. I’m proud of them.
Oh yeah I'm not denying that. I said in another thread, just making it to R32 was a success. This was a fun arse year with wins over big wins over Illinois, Tennessee, St Johns, and another S16 visit.
Kind of a frustrating end to the season though.

Oats is a great coach but I want to know what he does that kills any energy we have coming out of the half. This didn't look like a team fighting for their season at all in the second half. It was horrible.
Michigan had a lot to do with that. First time I’ve seen Michigan play and their the totally package. Big, strong, physical, athletic. They’re just a better talented team is all. Not surprised if they win the tournament.

Talent wise Philon is right there with Brandon Miller IMO.

For sure. Not sure we're willing to throw money at a big. Guess we'll see.

Michigan came out in the 2nd half and decided they were gonna slow it down and use their size on us. It wore us out and our guys were tired.

I am old, so I have been able to see every great guard for Bama dating back to late 70s. He is the best I have seen.

Wrightsell and Mallette were just frustrating all year. They both gave great effort but it got frustrating watch 2 career 40% 3Pt shooters miss open 3s all season long.
*most of the year. They shot us into the S16 last game, and I’m thankful they kept the S16 streak alive on what looked like a year headed for disappointment

They are but I think they get beat. If Bama wasn't bipolar we beat em tonight.

Maybe but frick Bristow more for quitting on this team to try to get a medical redshirt and portal out.
(Reserve the right to walk this back if he returns and it turns out the rumors were wrong and he actually was too hurt to return this season.)

Maybe with this exit, we can get to recruiting. Alabama is hot landing spot for recruits these days and there's a lot of transfers that are wide eyed and anxious to put on this crimson and white jersey. Oats knows what we're missing and I have faith in him and Preston. We're going to have a longer team next year, based on the incoming freshmen alone. Roll Tide!

I saw Michigan after we played Arizona and I thought they were the best team in the country. Tonight I think Arizona maybe slightly better. We’ll see.

Inbound sets say this is a retarded faux opinion by you. And there is absolutely no rebuttal you can come up with to dispute it. There’s literally no movement majority of the time and just relies on the talent to get the ball in, no coaching assistance. I’ve seen it over and over the past couple of years and a lot of people mention it on this board.

I’ll take Philon over anyone else. Sometimes I wish he had Sexton‘s killer instinct though.
