Hat tip to Michigan. They won’t shoot this well from three again. I like the strategy though. It’s a way to keep the pace up and keep them from bludgeoning us on the inside. Maybe they’ll stat missing some.

If we keep the ball in philons hands we’re probably still up. There’s honestly no need playing Houston. He can’t dribble and his lazy defense started this run. Bethea could at least give us more wiggle at that position.

I really think Nate is a great coach. But the man needs to stop doing the old “same thing over and over again expecting different results” thing. Best run in Bama basketball ever? Yes! But it’s obvious the flaw we have in our program for years when it comes to just getting spanked by more balanced teams.
I don’t care if Coach K walked in the door and took over, we aren’t beating Michigan with Noah Williamson playing meaningful minutes.

You must have missed the play where Philon had the ball 1 on 1 with 5 second on the shot clock and decided to pass it rather than attack the rim. He has take the ball out of his own hands multiple times.

Agree with all of this, esp the balanced part. Our offense is bipolar.
