Deboer needs to make use of the facility's dietician and weight room. He's way to young to be carrying a gut like that. Want him around for awhile. He seems to have gained 30 lbs since he arrived. Too much stress and barbecue.

It feels like Alabama hasn't got a normal situation 3rd down stop in 4 quarters. They just can't get off the field.

I will concede that it is an adjustment. Not every body can cope with our high fat and carb rich diet. Just something I noticed when they showed him in profile. Man has found a substantial gut in the last 9 months, and he's a regular sized human everywhere else. That means he can lose it fast, and he has access to the best dieticians and trainers and facilities in the world. He needs to use them.

The big problem Alabama's defense has is that Vandy's offense has a bunch of mickey mouse throws by scheme, so we're not going to bait Pavia into cheap interceptions. Furthermore, we're not going to be able to pressure him into bad throws either. Their ball security has been great too. Defense basically only gets stops by takeaways against quality opponents.
Alabama has got to find a way to steal a possession but most importantly start the 2nd half possession with a touchdown.
